Matcha Chia Pudding

                                <li>2 cups  unsweetened almond milk</li>
                                            <li>1 banana</li>
                                            <li>2 tbsp  honey</li>
                                            <li>2 tsp  matcha green tea powder</li>
                                            <li>1 tsp  vanilla extract</li>
                                            <li>½ tsp  ground ginger </li>
                                            <li>⅓ cup  chia seeds</li>
                                            <li>¼ cup  unsweetened coconut flakes</li>
                                            <li>¼ cup  chopped unsalted pistachios</li>
                                            <li> Salt, to taste</li>
                            </ul>

                            <li>Place milk, banana, honey, matcha, vanilla, ginger, and a pinch of salt in a blender and blend until smooth.</li>
                                    <li>Pour mixture into a container and stir in chia seeds. Let mixture sit for 10 minutes, stirring often. Chill for at least 3 hours.</li>
                                    <li>To serve, top with coconut flakes and pistachios.</li>
